Description

The anti-leptin monoclonal antibody is screened by using in-house prepared scFv phage display human antibody library. The antibody increases leptin transcription in brown and epididymal adipose tissue, reduces circulating leptin, and reduces high fat diet effects on brown adipose tissue.
