Description
Creative Biolabs' forebrain neuronal maturation service is combined with forebrain neuronal differentiation service to generate mixed forebrain-type (FOXG1-positive) neuronal populations from human pluripotent stem cell-derived neural progenitor cells. Derived neurons are highly pure (≥90% class III β-tubulin-positive neurons; <10% GFAP-positive astrocytes), functional, and can be maintained long-term in culture. Neurons derived using these products are versatile tools for modeling human neurodevelopment and disease, drug screening, toxicity testing, and cell therapy validation.
