NRP-0422-P2084 binds with equivalent apparent affinity to both human and cynomolgus IP-10. The fully human antibody modulates the interaction between IP-10 and its receptor, CXCR3, and/or modulating the biological activities of IP-10. The antibody can be used in the prevention or treatment of immune-related disorders and in the amelioration of one or more symptoms associated with an immune-related disorder.
