Description

TAR DNA-binding protein 43 (TDP-43) Stress Granules Assay Cell Line is a fluorescent cell-based assay cell line for high content screening. This cell line allows the quantification of pathological TDP-43 spheres in the nucleus and cytosol. This cell model consists of a U2OS cell line stably expressing inducible fluorescent TDP-43. These cells can be further expanded for more than 30 passages.

Each vial of the U2OS cell line stably expressing fluorescent TDP-43 contains 3 million cells, and Creative Biolabs provides 2 vials of cells for each order. These cells can be proliferated in vitro and can be guaranteed to be expanded for more than 30 generations according to the instructions provided in the technical sheet.
