Description
Creative Biolabs is proud to offer high-quality C57BL/6 brain coronal frozen tissue sections from 14 regions (as illustrated below). Normally, fresh brain tissues are snapped frozen in OCT without any fixative. The tissue sections are about 10 µm in thickness and mounted on positively charged glass slides (2 sections per slide). Brain coronal frozen tissue sections of mice perfused with 4% PFA (Paraformaldehyde) are also available upon request.
