Description
N2 supplement B contains iron-depleted human apolipoprotein transferrin and is used for in vitro differentiation of mouse or human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. N2 Supplement-B can be used in multiple protocols to achieve neural induction of human ES/iPS cells and/or downstream differentiation of neural progenitor cells into different neurons or glial subtypes. N2 Supplement-B is provided as a 100X stock solution.
