Description
The antibody specifically binds one or more epitopes within a sortilin protein, e.g., human sortilin or a mammalian sortilin. The anti-sortilin antibody has a property selected from the group consisting of: increasing extracellular levels of progranulin; increasing cellular levels of progranulin; decreasing cellular levels of sortilin; inhibiting interaction between sortilin and progranulin.
