Description
Antibody NRP-0422-P2091 recognizes the three-dimensional structure of Claudin 5. The antibody has activity to control the barrier function of the endothelial cell layers. The antibody provides a novel method for controlling the blood-brain barrier, whose epitope is a region within an extracellular domain of Claudin 5 protein.
