Description
NeuroInduc™ SM1 without Vitamin A is an optimized serum-free culture supplement based on the published B27 formula ([Brewer et al]), which does not contain Vitamin A. Vitamin A induces neural stem cells to differentiate into neurons and glial cells. Combined with the selected basic medium, NeuroInduc™ SM1 without vitamin A can be used for the expansion of neural progenitor cells and the differentiation of neural stem cells and progenitor cells.
