Disease Mechanism
Cerebrovascular accidents are divided into two categories: hemorrhagic and ischemic. Brain hemorrhage is non-traumatic hemorrhage of the brain parenchyma (brain hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage). Brain ischemia is focal cerebral ischemia and infarction caused by insufficient blood supply or interruption of blood flow.

Assays after Modeling
Creative Biolabs offers a variety of well-accepted behavioral tests to assess potential anxiolytic, antidepressant, or antipsychotic effects, as well as cognitively enhancing and disruptive effects on learning and memory (cognitive, psychiatric, neurological). We have developed a comprehensive range of rat primary neuronal culture models and assays to evaluate the neurotoxic, neuroprotective or neurotrophic effects of test compounds (cellular models).

2) Longa scoring method, Garcia scoring method or Bederson scoring method, etc.
In additon to the above tests, we also provide MRI/PET-CT in vivo imaging of small animals, cardiac ultrasound, X-ray films, tissue fluorescence imaging (whole brain slide scan, tissue immunofluorescence imaging), patch clamp on cells and brain slices, multi-channel in vivo electrophysiological recordings, respiration recordings, behavioral testing of pain, anxiety, depression, olfactory function-related (go/no-go) in awake animals.
