Product Overview

Description

The developmental capacity of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) is the same as that demonstrated by large cells in human embryos. This means that in theory, these cells and any expanded cell types can be used to produce whole adult organisms. The use of hPSC to generate cell types of the nervous system (such as neurons and glial cells) is particularly attractive because it is difficult to obtain these cell types without harming the organism.

The nervous system is very complicated. During development, it is estimated that 10,000 different neuron subtypes originate from highly specific CBLal locations, and may or may not migrate to other CBLal locations in future development. Given this ultimate complexity, the production of specific neuron subtypes from hPSCs has proven to be a major technical challenge, but even the major fate decisions required to enter the ectodermal germ layer are a major obstacle.

From the beginning of hPSC culture and ectoderm differentiation, it takes at least one week for the formation of ectoderm. This is only the first step in development, and more things are going to happen, which will cause the process of producing neurons and glia to be extended by 30 to 60 days. To solve the difficulty of using ectoderm, terminally differentiated cardiomyocytes can be produced within 7 days. A complete cardiomyocyte differentiation protocol can be performed in the same amount of time required to generate the first step of any particular neuron. When trying to use the hPSC platform, this puts neuroscience at a serious disadvantage, which is essential for understanding human neuroscience.

CBL's NeuSenso™ platform can level the bacterial layer. For the first time, ectoderm can be efficiently generated from hPSC within 24 hours, so that the complexity of the nervous system can be immediately understood. Based on these findings, NeuSenso-DM can produce immature NeuSensory neurons with high purity in just 7 days. NeuSenso-DM can be used for pain modeling or regenerative peripheral nerve transplantation.

Features:
• Fast. It only takes 7 days to generate NeuSensory neurons through an easy-to-use single-layer protocol.

• Efficient. Produce up to 12 million NeuSensory neurons with BRN3A, ISL1 and PERIPHERIN purity of 90%.
