The product is a fluorescent probe for the detection of amyloid (Aβ) plaques and neurofibrillary tangles (NFT). It was clearly stained by Aβ plaques and NFT. It allows simultaneous fluorescence observation of SP (540nm) and NFT (540nm) using a single excitation wavelength.
