Product Overview

Description

This product is a fluorescent probe for amyloid-beta (Aβ) plaques and neurofibrillary tangles (NFT). Clearly stains Aβ plaques and NFTs with different fluorescence spectra for multispectral imaging. Aβ plaques and NFTs are clearly visible under a blue-violet filter (400-440 nm) by BF-188 staining. In contrast, BF was stained by violet (380-420 nm), and green filter Aβ plaques and NFT-188 staining were selectively detected under sections (510-560 nm), respectively. Due to its excellent BBB permeability, it is expected to be suitable for in vivo imaging.
