Features

The HiTector LPA3 contains U2OS cells stably expressing unlabeled human lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3 (LPA3). Creative Biolabs' HiTector LPA3 cell line is designed to test compounds or analyze their ability to modulate lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3. When the agonist binds to LPA3, the G protein is activated, which triggers a cellular response mediated by the second messenger (calcium). This cell line has been verified by measuring the increase in calcium in the cytosol. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring of the LPA3 activation process in high-throughput screening.

Assay Description

The LPA3 Lysophospholipid Receptor Assay from Creative Biolabs allows compounds to be tested or analyzed for their ability to modulate LPAR3. When the ligand binds to LPAR3, it activates the G protein, which in turn triggers a cellular response that contains calcium. Our LPAR3 test uses LPA as a positive control to measure changes in cytoplasmic calcium concentration. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring of the LPAR3 activation/inhibition process in high-throughput screening.
