The human PNP ELISA kit (Purine nucleoside phosphorylase) is a sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of PNP (purine nucleoside phosphorylase) proteins in citric acid plasma, glyoxal plasma, liver plasma and serum. Human PNP (purine nucleoside phosphorylase) was quantified at 40 pg/ml sensitivity.
