The human AACT ELISA kit is a 90-minute single-wash sandwich ELISA designed for quantitative measurement of AACT proteins in cell culture extract, cell culture supernatant, citric acid plasma, glyoxal plasma, liver plasma, milk, serum and tissue extract.It USES our proprietary SimpleStepELISA® technology.Human AACT was quantified with sensitivity of 327 pg/ml.
