Description
ACT can be used as a specific inhibitor of chymotrypsin-like serine proteases. Our Alpha 1-Antichymotrypsin (ACT) kit is a solid-phase direct ELISA sandwich method. Add standards, samples and quality control products together with the incubation buffer to the designated wells and coat them with anti-ACT polyclonal antibody. After a simple washing step, add the anti-ACT enzyme binding reagent to each well. After washing off the excess enzyme conjugate, add the substrate to each well. After the substrate is added, the intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of ACT in the sample. Generate a standard curve to correlate color intensity with ACT concentration.
