NRP-0422-P862 is a humanized IgG2Δa anti-Aβ monoclonal antibody that targets specific amino acids (30-40 of Aβ40) in the C-terminus of the Aβ sequence. It binds only to soluble Aβ and designed for treatment of Alzheimer disease (AD).
