Description
CD22 is characterized as a 130/140 kDa doublet and is expressed on the surface of normal human B cells and some neoplastic B cell lines and tumors. CD22 is further divided into four distinct epitope groups A; B; C and D; which represent groups of determinants located in different parts of the CD22 molecule.

Application Notes
This IgG1k antibody recognizes the group A epitope of the human B cell antigen CD22. Clone UV22-2 reacts only with cells of the normal human B-cell lineage. Daudi cells from Burkitt's lymphoma were used as immunogen. This antibody is usually detected by flow cytometry.
