Description
NRP-0422-P1444 is a rat- human chimera antibody and weer evaluated in in vitro binding assays to demonstrate comparable potency to the parental rat NRP-0422-P1444. This was achieved by determining EC50 values for binding to human or rhesus IL18 in ELISA or by inhibition of IFN-γ release in KG-1 bioassay.
