Our 8-OHdG ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay that can quantitatively measure rat 8-OHdG in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant within 90 minutes. The density of the color is directly proportional to the amount of rat 8-OHdG captured from the sample.
