Brain Tissue Clearing and Imaging Service
Based on our high-level research team and leading research platform, Creative Biolabs provides custom brain tissue clearing and imaging service to meet our customers' different purposes in scientific research and clinical trials. Our highly skilled scientists are ready to get started on your projects.
Why do you need tissue clearing?
The nervous system is by far the most complex organ, with probably hundreds of different cell types forming intricate circuits and networks, the organization of which is extremely difficult to understand from 2D slices. The emergence of tissue clearing has changed this dilemma, tissue clearing refers to a collection of techniques that render biological samples transparent that enable the deep imaging of large tissue volumes using light microscopy approaches. These techniques allow you to avoid time consuming tissue sectioning approaches that can introduce artefacts and examine biological tissues in their native, 3D state.
Our Brain Tissue Clearing Service
At Creative Biolabs, our mature tissue clearing technology has been used to render tissue samples, organoids, microtissues optically transparent or "cleared". We combine tissue clearing with light-sheet microscopy which allowing us to perform 3D imaging of intact tissues, such as the entire mouse brains and spinal cords, and even some entire organisms. Our tissue clearing technology allows you to better observe the extent of central nervous system deterioration in some animal models of neurological diseases. All you need to do is trust us. Our state-of-the-art technology and excellent researchers will customize the best brain tissue clearing solution for you.

Upon receiving your samples, Creative Biolabs technicians allow CNS-wide identification of vulnerable circuits and cell types using tissue clearing; and nanoscale imaging using expansion microscopy.
Our Brain Tissue Imaging Service
At Creative Biolabs, there are multiple state-of-the-art imaging systems. Cleared samples can be imaged using epifluorescence, confocal and two-photon microscopes. These imaging systems allow high-speed and high-resolution imaging of large specimens, such as a whole mouse brain and even intact human organs.
