Description

The purpose of the corticosterone EIA kit is to quantify the amount of corticosterone found in urine, serum, plasma, dried feces, and tissue culture media samples. This kit analyzes extracted fecal materials, serum, and plasma for total corticosterone. To create a standard curve for the assay, a corticosterone stock solution is supplied; all samples must be read off of this curve.
