Description

Corticosterone (CORT) is a 21-carbon corticosteroid produced in the adrenal cortex. In many species, including amphibians, reptiles, rodents and birds, corticosterone is the main glucocorticoid, involved in energy regulation, immune response and stress response. Our QuickDetect™ Corticosterone ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for measuring the content of human corticosterone in serum, plasma, cell culture and other biological fluids. The entire process can be completed in 90 minutes, requiring only one incubation and one washing step, respectively, thereby reducing processing steps, reducing errors and obtaining more consistent results.
