Description
CLB8 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human IL-6. It was shown that injection of CLB8 prolonged the survival of human tumor bearing mice. It was also reported that mCLB8 anti-IL-6 antibody regressed growth of human renal carcinoma tumors and decreased serum calcium concentrations in nude mice.
