IL-6-ASOs are short DNA sequences designed to bind to and block the expression of IL-6 mRNA, thus reducing the production of the IL-6 protein.

Suitable for in vitro (glial cell cultures) and in vivo (MS/EAE mouse models) studies to validate IL-6 as an anti-inflammatory target.
