TTR-ASO, GalNAc3-7a-conjugated is an antisense oligonucleotide that binds to TTR mRNA, leading to the degradation of mutant and wild-type TTR mRNA, thereby reducing the deposition of serum TTR protein and TTR protein in tissues, fundamentally blocking the disease process caused by abnormal TTR protein accumulation.
