The human A-2 anti-plasma protein ELISA kit is a single-wash 90-minute sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of A-2 anti-plasma protein in cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma and serum. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitative determination of human-2 anti-plasmin sensitivity is 29.4 pg/ml.
