Description
Our glutaminase (GLS1) inhibitor screening kit is a plate-based fluorescence detection kit for screening human GLS1 inhibitors. Glutaminase hydrolyzes glutamine to form glutamate and ammonia. In the presence of a mixture of developer and enzyme, glutamate converts the non-fluorescent probe into a fluorescent product through an enzymatic reaction. The well-known glutaminase inhibitor-CB-839 is provided as an inhibitor control.
