The human S100A1 ELISA kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of S100A1 protein in cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, serum, tissue homogenate, cell culture fluid, and cell culture extract. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantify the sensitivity of human S100A1 and 2.5 pg/ml.
