NeuroDiff™ Forebrain Neuron Maturation Kit is used in combination with NeuroDiff™ Forebrain Neuron Differentiation Kit (Cat. No. NCC200504ZP) to generate forebrain-type (FOXG1-positive) neurons from neural progenitor cells derived from human pluripotent stem cells Mixed groups. Derived neurons have high purity (≥90% Class III β-tubulin positive neurons; <10% GFAP positive astrocytes), have functions, and can be cultured for a long time. Neurons derived from using these products are multifunctional tools for simulating human neurodevelopment and disease, drug screening, toxicity testing, and cell therapy verification.

• Serum-free
• Reproducible maturity of neuronal precursors derived from a variety of human ES and iPS cell lines
• Supports efficient generation of functional neurons from neuronal precursors derived from hPSC
• Produce high-purity (≥90% neurons) mixed excitatory and inhibitory neurons, which can be cultured for a long time
• Support neuronal activity for physiologically relevant results

Cells: When stored under the recommended storage conditions (liquid nitrogen), cells are stable up to five years. Do not expose to high temperature. After expiration, discard all remaining reagents. We recommend using cells within ten generations.

Medium: Medium should be stored at -20 °C, until ready to use. After thawing, the medium should be stored at 2-8C, and given a 1-month expiration dating. It is recommended to divide into small portions to avoid repeated heating before each use.
Quality Control
Each lot of media is tested for the optimal differentiation.
Sterility Testing: Negative
Shelf Life
Stable until expiry date (EXP) on label.
