Description

pcDNA3.1-ACE2(1-615)-His is a mammalian cell expression plasmid. It is used to express human Angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) with a His tag (HHHHHHHH) at the C-terminus. The extracellular N-terminal peptidase domain (peptidase domain, PD) is a protein composed of amino acids 1-615, which can facilitate the recognition of ACE2 (1-615) protein expression by anti-His tag antibodies, immunoprecipitation analysis or Protein purification, etc. The plasmid contains the CMV promoter, which can efficiently initiate the expression of the target protein in the cell, and the plasmid is ampicillin resistant.
