The Ready-to-Use 3D Human Blood-Brain Barrier Spheroid Kit provides cryopreserved 3D multicellular BBB spheroids composed of endothelial cells, pericytes, and astrocytes that recapitulate the intracellular interactions of the BBB. A very unique feature of this kit is that researchers can obtain functional and homogeneous 3D BBB spheroids within 24-48 hours of thawing, without encountering the lengthy and complex procedures involved in 3D cell culture.
