Description
The NeuroInduc™ enzyme digestion kit is used for enzymatic digestion and dissociation of the central nervous system (CNS) tissues in adult mice and rats. The NeuroInduc™ enzyme digestion kit has been optimized, so the entire process is reproducible, fast and produces high cell numbers and viability. The resulting single cell suspension is ready for use in downstream applications.
