Description
This antibody recognizes human and mouse Mac-1 (CD11b). Hybridomas were formed by fusion of mouse myeloma NS1 cells with splenocytes from rats immunized with T-lymphocyte-rich B10 mouse splenocytes. It has been conjugated to biotin via an amide bond. Antibodies are usually detected by flow cytometry.
