Description
Our cathepsin K inhibitor screening kit takes use of active cathepsin K's capacity to cleave AFC-based synthetic peptide substrates, resulting in the release of AFC that can be easily detected using a fluorometer or fluorescent microplate reader. This easy and high-throughput adaptability assay kit can be used to screen, investigate, and characterize prospective cathepsin K inhibitors.
