Human Neuron Specific Enolase ELISA Kit is a single wash 90 min sandwich ELISA for cell culture extracts, cell culture supernatants, cit plasma, edta plasma, hep plasma, serum and tissue extracts. Quantitative determination of meta-specific enolase protein. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. The sensitivity of human neuron-specific enolase at 23 pg/ml was measured.
