Human SAP ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of SAP protein in edta plasma, hep plasma, serum, cell culture fluid, cell culture supernatant, and cit plasma. The sensitivity of human SAP to 181 pg/ml was determined.
