Description
In order to generate heterozygous (HZ) A53T allelic variants that are syngeneic to iNeu® DopaNeurons, nuclease-mediated SNP changes were performed on healthy control iPS cell lines to introduce this site-specific mutation into the SNCA gene. Then, this genome-engineered iPS cell differentiates into Human midbrain floor plate dopaminergic (DA) neurons to produce iNeu DopaNeurons SNCA A53T HZ.
Features
iNeu DopaNeurons are shipped cryopreserved with optimized media. Simply thaw and use.
Homogenous and reproducible
iNeu DopaNeurons are fully differentiated neurons, not precursors, providing biologically relevant and reproducible results.
Highly pure
iNeu DopaNeurons are>80% tyrosine hydroxylase positive (THpos) midbrain dopaminergic neurons, enabling mechanistic studies of neurodegenerative diseases.
Human cells
iNeu DopaNeurons are floor plate-derived dopaminergic neurons from Human iPS cells ensuring complete regional specification for full functionality.
