Description
The iNeuMab™ anti-Tpl2 antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total Tpl2 protein. This antibody detects both isoform 1 (58 kDa) and isoform 2 (52 kDa) of Tpl2. A band of unknown origin was observed at 110 kDa.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein specific to the amino terminus of human Tpl2 protein.
