Description
Leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR) is a signaling molecule. There may be a common approach with IL6ST. The soluble form inhibits the biological activity of LIF by blocking the binding of LIF to target cell receptors. Our LIFR ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human LIFR in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. The density of the color is directly proportional to the amount of LIFR captured from the sample.
