Description
hiPSC-RPE Differentiation Kit is suitable for differentiating human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) into RPE cells. This product includes RPE cell differentiation medium, RPE cell purification working solution, and RPE cell cryopreservation protection solution.
High-purity RPE (>95% MiTF+/ZO-1+) can be obtained by using the hPSC-RPE differentiation kit, which can be used for related in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, and cell transplantation experiments in animal models of diseases.
