The rat anti-human dopamine transporter antibody recognizes the human sodium-dependent dopamine transporter encoded by the SLC6A3 gene. It recognizes an epitope at the N-terminus. The rat anti-human dopamine transporter antibody does not cross-react with serotonin and norepinephrine transporter.
