Product Overview

Description

G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRK or GPCRK) desensitize G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) by phosphorylating their intracellular domains after G protein activation. GRKs are known to also regulate GPCRs through phosphorylation-independent mechanisms.
