Description
2-Aminoethoxydiphenyl borate (2APB) is an inhibitor of inositol triphosphate (IP3) receptors. It also blocks the TRP channels TRPC1, TRPC3, TRPC5, TRPC6, TRPV6, TRPM3, TRPM7, TRPM8 and TRPP2. At high concentrations, 2-APB can activate TRPV1, TRPV2 and TRPV3.
