Description

The Brain Tumor Isolation Kit (P) was developed for gentle and efficient tissue isolation of human and mouse brain tumors. Glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, medulloblastoma, xenograft brain tumor samples can be efficiently isolated into single cell suspensions using the Brain Tumor Isolation Kit (P). Brain Tumor Isolation Kit (P) is based on papain. In less than an hour, the tissue dissociation process effectively yields large numbers of living cells. Dissociated cells can be used immediately for further applications such as cell culture, flow cytometry, molecular applications.

When working with immune cells from human, mouse, or xenograft tumor, it is recommend to use in this case the Tumor Dissociation Kit, mouse (# NRZP-0622-ZP18) or Tumor Dissociation Kit, human (# NRZP-0622-ZP19) depending on the species from where the tumor originated.
