Our rat estradiol E2 ELISA kit is based on sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent In the experiment, the rat estradiol E2 antibody was coated on a 96-well plate, the standard and test samples were added to the wells, the estradiol E2 present in the sample was combined with the immobilized antibody, and the HRP coupling reagent was added to wash it away After the unbound antibody/HRP conjugate, the HRP substrate TMB is used to observe the enzymatic reaction of HRP. HMB catalyzes TMB to produce a blue product, which turns yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The yellow density is the same as that of the rat captured on the plate. Estradiol E2 is directly proportional, and the ELISA kit has no species cross-reactivity detection range: 2 - 50 ng/L.
