Description
Glycosyl tRNA synthetase catalyzes the binding of glycine to tRNA (Gly). It is also possible to produce adenosine tetraphosphate (Ap4A) through the direct condensation of two ATPs, which is a universal pleiotropic signaling molecule required for cell regulation. Our GARS ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human GARS in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. The density of the color is directly proportional to the amount of GARS captured from the sample.
