Product Overview

Description

This antibody pair can be used to quantify human 14-3-3 tau protein. The BSA and azide free antibody pairs include non-conjugated capture and detection antibodies suitable for sandwich ELISAs. According to the determination of protein A280 method, the antibody concentration provided is about 1 mg/ml. The recommended antibody location is based on elisa's internal optimization. Antibody location depends on the test and needs to be optimized for each test type. Both the capture and detection antibodies are rabbit monoclonal antibodies, which provide consistent, specific and sensitive results.
