Description
U2OS cell line was stably transfected with a viral vector expressing a green fluorescent tagged mutant fragment of HTT exon 1 containing 92 CAG (glutamine coding) triplets. Because this cell line is under the Lac operon expression control, it's necessary to add IPTG 1mM to induce HTT consistent expression.
